We allow 10 days for the return of goods for exchange or refund.
We refund the cost price of the goods, but not the carriage charge.
You the customer are liable for all costs of returning goods.
We recommend you either return the goods by Royal Mail
Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery or Proof of Postage .
JD's Country Clothing cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.
Make sure all goods are returned in the same condition as you received them.
Eg Shirts are on hangers and have their protective covering.
Boots must only be tried on carpet, and re-wrapped in the tissue supplied.
Boot boxes are not to be written on. Failure to do this may result in a 10% re-stocking charge.
